              Dependencies
                  This service will depend on importation and frequency agreement with the host government. In exceptional cases often based on government regulations, the UHF band will be used. Geographical obstacles might also limit the area covered

                  Provide end-user devices, installation or maintenance of radio equipment for any individual organization

                  No cost of the service during the project
              Technical support
                  The service provider will be responsible for the operations of all hardware, software and network equipment and service availability throughout the project duration. The ETC Coordinator is the focal point for technical support issues
