Purpose
Humanitarian workers need to constantly be contactable as well as have the facility to contact the main office and each other within an operational area
Description
"Simplex" operation on pre-defined emergency channels. Pre-programming of radios to the correct frequency prior to departure is required.

Dependencies
This service will depend on importation and frequency agreement with the host government. In exceptional cases often based on government regulations, the UHF band will be used. Geographical obstacles might also limit the area covered.
